1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Roll in balls about the size of large marbles.

Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes or until brown.

May be frozen on cookie sheet and then put in a plastic bag and cooked as needed.
