1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 cup mayonaise
1 8oz. carton sour cream
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
1 small bunch green onions
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill.

May be served in large round loaf of bread with bread slices around edges.
