1 lb large shrimp
2 tsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp oregano
1 lb fettuccini, cooked al-dente
4 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped fine
1 c parmesan cheese
1 c heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peeled and deveined shrimp with garlic
in olive oil with oregano and lemon juice for 30 seconds. Add cream, fettucini, and parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer and toss with cilantro.
Serve at once.
