Ingredients:  
1 pkg. Fresh Spinach
4 large mushrooms
3 boiled eggs
1 med. Red onion–or 1 bunch green onions
5 pieces crisp bacon
½ cup grated baby swiss cheese
½ cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach and dry well. Tear into bite size pieces. Slice mushrooms. Chop onions & eggs. Add crumbled bacon & cheese.

When ready to serve, toss salad with mixture of ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup mayonnaise.
