6 or 7 apples sliced
1/4 C sugar
1 T cinnamon
1 1/2 T butter or margarine
3/4 C sugar
2 eggs
3/4 C flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon and pour into a greased 9 in round cake pan. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 25 min. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Sift flour and baking powder and vanilla and add to eggs. Spread over apples and bake 25 min. Invert baked cake on a plate. Serve alone or with cool whip or ice cream.
