1# ground beef
1 C chopped onion
4 C hot water
1 C cut up carrots, celery and potatoes (each)
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Lawrys
6 whole tomatoes
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in heavy kettle. Add onions and cook 5 min until tender. Add remaining ingredients except tomatoes. Bring to boil and cover; simmer 20 min. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 more min. Serve whole tomatoe in each bowl.
