3 C chopped raw potatoes
1 1/2 C water
1/2 C celery & carrots
1/4 C chopped onion
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 chicken boullion cube
2 C milk
dash salt & pepper
2 T flour
1/2 lb Velveeta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In Large kettle combine vegies, water, boullion, salt & pepper. Simmer until tender. Combine milk and flour. Stir until thick, Add cheese stirring until melted.
