1 9oz angel food cake cut in cubes
3 T orange juice
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 c milk
2 pkg (4 servings ea) Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding
1 1/2 c thawed Cool Whip
2 pkg (12 oz ea) frozen mixed berries thawed well and drained

Combine orange juice and almond extract and drizzle over cake cubes. Pour milk into another large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min until well blended. Gently stir in 1c whipped topping. Layer half the cake cubes in 2 qt glass bowl. Top with half each of the berries and pudding 2 times. Cover with plastic wrap and cool for 2 to 6 hrs. Top with more cool whip and berries before serving if desired.
