9 eggs - separated
1 2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2T cocoa
7 oz nuts (2 c)
1 c orange juice
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla

Coffee Frosting
5 sticks margarine - softened
2 1/3 cup conf sugar
3 whole eggs
1 yolk
5 T coffee dissolved in drop of water

Ground nuts
7 oz grated Shufra Chocolate

Beat egg whites w/ 3/4 cup sugar. Beat egg yolks w/ 3/4 cup
sugar - 3-4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 2-
10" round pans at 350 for 40-45 min.
Turn over cakes to cool. Balance cakes between two bowls.
Cream cake.
Divide cake into eight sections - mark with a knife on the
frosting.
Draw line from center of cake all the way down the side to the
plate.
Sprinkle sections alternately with ground nuts and grated
chocolate.
Pipe frosting in between the sections and across the botton of
the cake.

Make a chocolate rose and chocolates to decorate top of
cake.
