1/2 stick of butter
1 tbsp. onion chopped finely
1/2 c. celery chopped
1 can small peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts
or shredded almonds
1 small jar of pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee the onions and celery together in the butter. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spoon into a casserole dish. Top with crushed ritz crackers and bake 350 for 30 min.
