2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp Crisco
1/2 c milk
1 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut apples and place in oven-proof pan. Add sugar, flour, and cinnamon (in layers) Mix remaining ingredients to make a dough. Roll out and pat onto top of apples. Brush with milk. Poke a few holes with fork in the crust. Bake 375 for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat to 350 for 1/2 hour.
