1 1/4 c water
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
1 pkg (small) Strawberry Jello
2 qts strawberries, cleaned and dry
1 pie crust (can be graham cracker)
Whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash berries to make 1/4 cup. Mix with water, cornstarch, and sugar. Cook until clear. When cool and partially thickened, add berries and coat well. Put in pie crust in deep dish pie plate. Refrigerate and top with cream

This makes a tall pie.
Chocolate graham crackers are also very good for the crust.
