Ingredients:  
2 cups confectioner's sugar, 2 tbsp cold water, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp softened butter, and 1 lemon rind.

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl add the butter and confectioner's sugar and cream together. Then add the lemon juice, and water to mixture then add the lemon rind. Beat until smooth frost cooled cake at once.
