Pheasant and any other wild game birds or wild rabbit.

Directions:
Cut up and brown well in frying pan. Remove and place in dutch oven. Put on the stove top or in the oven; covered. Add 1 " of water and an aneheim chile sliced with seeds removed. Simmer until well done.
