1/2 c. butter, melted
3 large eggs
1 can (17 iz) cream-style corn
1 can (16 oz) whole-kerned corn, undrained
1 container of onion dip (8 oz)
1/4 tsp ground back pepper
1 box (81/2 oz) corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325º. Lightly brush a shallow 2 1/2 quart casserole with some of the butter.
2. In large bowl beat eggs with a large wooden spoon until foamy. Add cream-style and whole-kerned corn, the remaining melted butter, the onion dip and pepper. Beat until blended.
3. Stir into muffin mix until blended. 4. Pour into prepared dish. Bake 28-30 min.or until a pick inserted in center comes out clean.
