2 lbs O'Brien hashbrowns thawed
1/2 c melted butter
Casserole:
1 can cream of chicken
1 pt sour cream
2 c grated cheddar or pepper jack cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Topping:
2 c crushed corn flakes
1/4 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all casserole ingredients mix well. Place in 3 qt casserole dish.
Saute crushed corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle on top of caserole.
Cover and bake 350 for 1 hour. Uncover for last 15 mins.
