1 pound of collard greens picked and washed very well. In the slow cooker put on 2 ham hocks. Add 1 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp sugar,

Wash greens at least 4 times to remove all grit and remove stems from the collard greens. Chop real fine with a knife. Put whole okra on top to garnish the your plate with this wonderful vegetable.
