2 c flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 beaten egg yolks 1 beaten egg 1/3 c water 1 tsp oil
In bowl mix 1 3/4 c flour and salt. Make well in center. In small bowl mix together egg yolks and egg, water and oil. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Mix well. Sprinkle surface with remaining flour. Knead dough 8-10 minutes. Roll out on floured surface and cut noodles to desired thickness and length.
