4 pieces chicken breast (boneless)
8 pieces thinly sliced ham
8 slices pepperjack cheese/Cheese of your choice
1 pkg mushrooms; optional
1 lrg onion, finely chopped
1 lrg tomato, finely chopped

Filling: is optional, try a different variety, it depends on what you like.

1 cube butter, melted
3 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Flatten chicken to 1/8-1/4 inch thickness. Place two slices of ham, cheese, and other toppings of your choice into center of chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll up and dip in melted butter roll in bread crumbs. Place in 11x9/ 13x9 greased pan. Bake for 1 hour or longer depending on how full your chicken is stuffed.
