1 lb med shrimp, peeled & deveined
6 Tbsp butter
1 tsp minced green onion
1 Tbsp oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Angel Hair pasta
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry shrimp, set aside. Melt butter in a wide skillet over medium heat. Stir in oil green onion, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Cook until bubbly. Add shrimp; cook, stirring occasionally until shrimp are pink. Stir in parsley, lemon peel and hot sauce. Serve over pasta.
