6 butterfly pork chops
1 15 oz. can whole berry cranberries
1 18 oz. jar Hunts Hickory barbecue sauce

Serves: 6

Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place chops on bottom of dish and cover with cranberries. Then pour barbecue sauce over all. Cover with foil and bake at 375º for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 200º and bake 1 1/2 hours more.
