1 8 lb. brisket
1 12 oz. jar chili sauce
1 c. sherry
3 onions, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 16oz. bottle french dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Serves: 12

Marinate meat in french dressing in Ziploc overnight. Place brisket in covered roasting pan and roast at 325 for 30 min/pound. Half way through cooking time add chili sauce, sherry and onions. Then finish cooking. Remove and let cool. Slice diagonally. Add mushrooms and meat back to gravy and cook for 30 more minutes.
