1 pastry crust
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
4 eggs
1 T. flour
1 1/4 c. milk or half & half
1/2 t. salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 T. butter, melted

Serves: 6-8
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Place bacon and grated cheese in uncooked pastry shell. In small bowl, combine eggs, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over bacon and cheese. Add melted butter. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes.
