1 c margarine/butter
2 c brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
3 c quick oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

12 oz chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp margarine/butter
1/2 tsp salt

Dough: Cream butter and brown sugar. Mix in vanilla and eggs. Blend together. Add flour, oats baking soda and salt.
Filling: Mix chips, milk, and butter. Microwave, stirring until smooth. Add salt and vanilla. Spread 2/3 of oatmeat mixture in greased jelly roll pan. Cover with chocolate filling. Dot with remainder of oatmeal mixture and swirl with knife. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
