2 ears of corn; shelled
1 egg (beaten)
1 1/2 ts. sugar
1/3 ts. salt
1/8 ts. pepper
1 c. flour
1 1/2 ts. baking powder
1/2c. milk

Mix all ingredients, pour into muffin tins and bake 350º for 15-20 min.
