Crust:
1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 t. cinnamon


Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar, divided
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs, separated into yolks and whites
7 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 egg whites
1 c. whipping cream
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Mix crust ingredients and press in 9" spring form pan. Bake at 325º for 10 min. Mix cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, vanilla, beaten egg yolks and melted chocolate in large mixing bowl until very light. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites and 1/4 c. sugar and fold into chocolate mixture. Beat whipping cream and fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into crust and freeze (cover with foil). Remove 1 hour before serving, or 2 hours in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip, whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
