1/2 t. cinnamon
2 T. brown sugar


Cake:
1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
2 c. cake flour
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt

Serves: 10-12
Preparation Time: 30 minutes

In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; set aside. Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Sift together cake flour, baking powder and salt; fold in. Spoon 1/2 batter into greased/floured 10" tube or bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping on top. Pour in remaining batter, then remaining topping. Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes. Cool 10 min. before removing from pan. Turn over onto serving plate. Cool completely. Using a sifter, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

You can make this ahead and freeze it. Place on cardboard square covered with foil. Wrap well with saran wrap and put in freezer. It keeps for several weeks...or use it right away, but store in fridge. Our favorite on Christmas morning!
