1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups diced apples
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350
Beat sugar, eggs and oil
add sifted flour and baking powder
add apples, nuts and vanilla
bake in a greased 9" square glass pan
for 1 hour and 15 minutes
