Ingredients:  
1 large tomato or two medium (2 cups finely diced), 3 green
onions, diced, 1 small onion, diced, 8 quartered artichoke hearts
(13.75 oz. cut up) 1/2 cup chopped cilantro, 1 serano chili, finely
chopped, 1 jalapeņo pepper, finely chopped, 5 drops of tobasco
sauce (or more as need to suit taste) 1 lemon to taste, 1/2-1 tsp.
salt, 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes, onions, artichoke hearts, cilantro and chili
peppers. Add Tobasco, lemon, salt and pepper. Mix and serve
with chips or Mexican food.
