1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 small onion, chopped (or 2 T. dried onion)
1/4 c. milk
1 t. paprika

Soften cream cheese.  Mix in all other ingredients.  Stir until creamy.  Add more milk if necessary.  Pour in serving dish.  Sprinkle more paprika on top.
