1/3 to 1/2 of "Janet's Potato Rolls" recipe (found in Breads section)
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 c sugar
1 T cinnamon

Yield: 1 dozen

Roll dough to about 1/8 in. thick rectangle. Cut dough to make an even rectangle. Use hands to mix butter and sugars. Add cinnamon and mix again. Spread mixture on top of rectangle evenly. Roll up into a long roll. Rolls can be sliced between 3/4 and 2 inches thick. Place in greased (Crisco) glass casserole (round or oblong) with rolls touching. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake 350º for 15-20 minutes.
