2 c. flour
2 ts. baking pwd.
1 ts. salt
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 c. beer
1/2 c. salad oil
2-3 lb. of fresh fish
Directions:

Mix all ingred. let set a few min.

Flour fish, then dip in batter. Fry at 350º until lightly browned.
