1 stick of margarine
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 c. green pepper
2 lrg. cans English peas
1 small jar pimento, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery, onion and green pepper in stick of margarine. Add English peas, water chestnuts, pimento, soup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain vegetables. Pour into greased casserole. Melt 1 stick margarine and add one package Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing. Mix. Put this on top of the casserole. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes. Serves 12-15.
