1 lg butternut squash
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Peel squash and dice. Boil until tender. Drain well. Add sugar, margarine (butter), egg and vanilla. Beat well until fluffy. Bake at 400 for about 15 to 20 minutes. Add marshmallows to top and brown.
