3 c unbleached flour
6 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/3 c corn oil
2 1/2 c milk
1 tbsp malt

Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix egg yolks and rest of ingredients. Do not overmix. Fold in beaten egg whites.
