4 raw sliced carrots
3 celery ribs, cut up
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
2 small cans mushrooms
6 chicken drumsticks
1 c rice
Seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken to boil and let simmer 20 min. or until it falls off the bone. Cool. In large pot, boil 5 cups water, add carrots, celery, mushrooms, and onion. Bring to boil and simmer until veggies and rice are done. Debone chicken and cut into small pieces. Add with soup to pot. Simmer until thick enough to eat with fork. Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings you like.
