4lbs. yams;peeled, cut into bites
1 c. OJ
1 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
1 ts. Cinnamon
1 ts. Nutmeg
2Tb vanilla
1 ts. Lemon zest
1Tb four
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar

Preheat oven 350'

Boil yams until slightly under done, drain & let it slightly cool. In lg. bowl, whisk OJ, corn syp., cinn, nutmeg, vanilla & zest. In another bowl, whisk flour & both sugars.

Put cooled yams in deep dish. Add dry ingred stir to coat. Pour liq. Over yams & bake 20-25 min.
