1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup shortening
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 3/4 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Bake 375 for 15 to 20 min. Flatten with damp fork before baking.
