3 lb. pork roast
1 lb. pinto beans, dry
1 (12 oz.) can green chilies
2 T. chili powder
1 T. oregano
1 T. cumin
1 tsp. garlic
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything in a crock pot cover with water. Cook until beans are tender and meat falls apart. Overnight if possible is best. Take out bone, break up the meat.

Serve with grated cheese, chopped onion, tomato, lettuce, salsa, avocado, sour cream and Fritos or Traditional Spanish chips.
