Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 (20-oz.) can pineapple chunks
3 T. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 T. of juice. Combine flour and sugar. Stir in reserve juice. Add pineapple and cheese; mix well. Pour into lightly greased 1-qt. casserole. Mix butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serves 4. Delicious with ham or any pork. I often take a large casserole of this to church suppers and I never have to worry with "left-overs".
