4-6 lb. pork loin roast
1 c. prune juice
2 T. garlic salt
1 t. pepper
1 pkg. McCormick's Sweet & Sour Sauce & 1 c. water
4 T. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In cast iron skillet brown all sides of roast in olive oil with garlic salt. Add prune juice and 2 T. olive oil to baste. Put in 325º oven and figure cooking time at 30 minutes per pound. One hour before done add glaze (sweet and sour sauce made from above mix and 1 c. water) to the skillet. Baste frequently and cook one more hour.
