6 Irish potatoes, peeled and blocked
3 or 4 onions peeled, cut into large pieces
1 can English peas
4 T. catsup or 1 qt. tomatoes
2 lbs. sausage meat
1 can whole kernel corn
1 t. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage meat and drain off grease. Boil potatoes separately. Do not overcook. The add meat and tomatoes. Cook until done. Add onions and all other ingredients. Cook for 20 minutes.

Lizzie: I cooked this stew not knowing it would ever have a name. My grandchildren like it so much they all said, "We are going to call it Lizzie Stew." I hope if anyone makes it you will like it as well as even now my great grandchildren.
