Crepes:
3 eggs
2 T. plain flour
1 T. water
1 T. milk
pinch of salt

Filling
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1-1/2 c. chopped ham
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)

Crepes:
Combine and stir until consistency of thin cream. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Place in skillet or a crepe pan, a little margarine. When bubbles appear, pour enough paste to cover bottom of pan with a thin coating. Keep pan moving, turn crepe over and over until brown. Can freeze. Put waxed paper between each (for freezing).

Crepe Filling:
Mix all ingredients. Put 1/4 c. on each crepe. Roll up. Put in buttered casserole. Top with pineapple juice and butter. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Makes 8-10 crepes.
