10 large potatoes, sliced
2 c parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
1 stick butter
1 c sharp cheddar
2 pints heavy cream
3 cloves crushed garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 casserole dish; make several layers of potatoes, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. When finished with layer cube butter and add on top; add cheddar cheese on top of butter. Then pour cream over the potatoes. Cover with foil and make at 300 for 1-2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
