Ingredients:  
1 c. uncooked rice
4 slices of tomato
4 slices of onion
4 pork chops
1 can consomme soup
4 slices green pepper
1/4 can water
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in casserole. Add salt and pepper. Brown chops and place on top of rice. Place onion, bell pepper and tomato on top of pork chops. Pour soup and water over all. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour. Serves four. Can be doubled.
