1 beef roast (size of your choice)
2 bell peppers
1 large onions
1 large pkg mushrooms
2 pkgs Au Jus
2 c water
6 large potatoes- cooked and mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in pan and season with seasons of your choice, cook completely. Remove roast from pan and let cool. Cut onions, bell pepper and mushrooms in lengthwise strips, place in roaster pan, add Au Jus and water. Take roast and pull apart in strips/chunks add to pan. Put pan back into oven and cook until thickened and vegetables are softened.

Serve on top of mash potatoes.
