6 cans Delmonte Fresh cut petite diced tomatoes (these are the best)
1 can Rotel
2 bulbs minced garlic (can use minced in the jar)
4 bunches green onions thinly chopped
1 bunch Cilantro (more or less to taste, mined very fine..MUST be fresh)
2 "palms" salt
1 minced medium jalapeno pepper
2 capfuls apple cider vinegar
2 big squirts REAL lemon juice and lime juice
10 shakes garlic powder
10 shakes chili powder
2 tsp. cumin

Mis all ingredients in a large bowl. Keeps for two weeks or so.
