Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
11 saltine crackers, crumbled
1 med onion, chopped
catsup (a few dashes)
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Shape into loaf. Spread top with catsup. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Drizzle some vinegar over this. Pour water in baking pan to surround loaf. Bake about an hour at 350. Let cool in pan to soak up some of the juices. Slice and serve. Also freezes well.
