1 can Pink Salmon w/liquid (add water if needed)
3/4 c. corn meal
1/4 t. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 t. black pepper
6 saltine crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble crackers. Mix together all ingredients (add a chopped onion if desired). Fry in 1 inc deep corn oil (Mazola).
