4 fresh Grouper fillets
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. white cooking wine
1/2 c. sour cream
salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
4 onion slices
1 t. Dijon mustard
parchment paper or foil

Directions:
Directions:
Place fillets in shallow baking pan lined with parchment paper or foil; pour wine over fillets. Mix sour cream and mustard and spread on fillets; season with seasonings; top with 1 onion slice on each fillet. Spread mushrooms over each fillet; cover loosely with foil or parchment paper. Bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes fro fresh fish, or 15-20 minutes for frozen fish (substitute frozen haddock or cod for fresh grouper for variations). Serves 2
